$10,000 Performance Warranty
Sonitrol will pay the first $10,000 of any loss if a forced entry is not detected and the proper authority is not notified.
Full Equipment & Labor Warranty
Sonitrol extends a full service warranty for normal maintenance on all equipment and labor for as long as Sonitrol provides your security monitoring.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Sonitrol will give you a full refund of your installation fee and remove our equipment from your premises if you are dissatisfied with your Sonitrol service within six (6) months after installation.
Emergency Service Guarantee
Sonitrol guarantees the arrival of a service technician, on-site,
within two (2) hours of the time of your emergency service request. Sonitrol will pay you $50.00 if we do not respond within this time frame. If we are unable to repair the system, we will arrange for the protection of your facility until the system is repaired, provided that the problem is associated with the Sonitrol equipment and not caused by misuse, Act of God, or causes beyond the control of Sonitrol.
False Alarm Fine Guarantee
If you receive a fine for a false alarm that was dispatched by Sonitrol and not caused by your personnel, communication provider or an Act of God, Sonitrol will represent you in cancelling the fine or will pay the fine on your behalf.
