Sean became a member of our team in 2001 as a Central Station Operator. He was later promoted to Central Station Supervisor, then Central Station Manager. As an Operator he earned two National Operator Achievement Awards and his Central Station team has received National Operator Achievement Awards on four different occasions under his management. Sean left our team in 2012 to manage multiple central stations located throughout Southern California and recently rejoined the team in 2015 where he was positioned as Vice President, Customer Services. In 2016, Sean was promoted and is currently serving as Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer. He is a graduate of Florida State University and earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
