Natalia became a member of our team in 2003 and served as a Central Station operator. As a Central Station operator she earned two National Operator Achievement awards in 2005 and 2006. Natalia was promoted to Central Station Supervisor in 2009 and has since won two additional National Achievement awards earning the Top Operator honors in 2012. She is a graduate of Florida A&M University.
