James has been a part of our team since 1993. His broad experience includes positions in both the Central Station and Service Department. James was promoted to a branch Service Manager and now oversees all service technicians and dispatchers. James holds a BS from Florida State University and is well known in the industry as the recipient of numerous excellence in service awards.
