Dusty has been a team member for 17 years. Starting in 2000 as a fire installation technician, then as fire and security installation technician in 2001. After five years in the installation department, Dusty transferred to the service department in 2005. He became a service field supervisor in 2010 and oversees technicians in the Tallahassee area and across the Panhandle. Dusty is a member of the Tallahassee Bass Anglers and the Genesis Church Dream Team.
